3. SMS / Text Messaging (Opt-In Details)
If you provide your mobile phone number and check the corresponding consent box on our contact form, you are opting in to receive text messages (SMS) from rotharc. Two separate, optional consents are offered:
- Customer care / project messages (non-marketing): messages related to your specific inquiry, such as replies, scheduling and updates about your project.
- Marketing messages (optional): promotional messages, offers and updates, only if you check the separate marketing-consent box.
Providing consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to contact us by email or phone.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
