These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at rotharc.com and the services offered by Rotharc, LLC (“rotharc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an architecture studio based in Salem, Oregon, including our text-messaging (SMS) program. By using this site, contacting us, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or opt in to our messaging program.

rotharc offers an optional SMS program. If you provide your mobile number and check the corresponding consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from rotharc. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Program description and messaging use cases
The types of messages you may receive include:
- Customer care & project messages (non-marketing): replies to your inquiry, scheduling and appointment coordination, requests for information, and updates about your project or site.
- Marketing messages (only with separate opt-in): news, offers, and promotional updates about rotharc — sent only if you check the separate marketing-consent box.
5. Opting Out & Getting Help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you receive our messages. After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirmation and then stop sending SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time. For help, reply “HELP” or email info@rotharc.com.
6. Message Frequency, Rates & Carrier Liability
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
